About these terms
These terms apply to trip planning, quotations and travel arrangements provided by Plan My Yatras. They are shared alongside every written itinerary, and confirming a booking means accepting them.
Quotations and pricing
Prices are quoted individually after understanding your requirements, and depend on season, availability, hotel category, group size and vehicle type. A quotation remains valid only for the period stated in it, and is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Bookings and confirmation
A trip is confirmed only once the agreed advance is received and we issue a written confirmation. Until then, rates and availability may change.
Payments
Payment schedules are stated in your itinerary. Online payments are not currently processed through this website; payment instructions are shared directly during booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms depend on the hotels, transport and activity providers involved and are stated in writing before confirmation. Amounts already paid to suppliers on your behalf may be non-refundable.
Changes to itineraries
Mountain travel is weather- and road-dependent. Routes, stops or stays may need to change for safety or accessibility. We will always arrange the closest reasonable alternative and inform you promptly.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid identification, required permits where we do not arrange them, fitness for high-altitude or trekking activities, personal belongings, and following local laws and customs.
Third-party services
Hotels, transport operators and activity providers deliver their own services. We select them carefully and coordinate on your behalf, but their own terms and liabilities apply to the services they provide.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our quotations and is strongly recommended, particularly for adventure activities and high-altitude regions.
